Seller was courteous/cooperative enough, but I think I could have saved time and created a better product by using a DIY design website to make the business card myself. He made obvious alignment mistakes which point to carelessness and/or lack of training. I ended up redoing my business card, by scratch, after being disappointed by his initial concepts and revisions.
